Directions
1. Make the Burger Sauce. Mix the egg-free mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.2. Prep the Chicken. Divide the ground chicken into 8 equal portions. Spread each portion thinly and evenly over one side of a tortilla, pressing it right to the edges. Season with Blackstone Essential Blend.3. Fire Up the Blackstone! Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Add a light coating of avocado oil.4. Smash Those Tacos! Place each tortilla chicken-side down onto the hot griddle. Press gently with a spatula to ensure good contact. Cook for approximately 4–5 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through to 165°F.5. Flip & Add Cheese! Flip each taco so the tortilla side is on the griddle. Add a slice of American cheese and cook another 1–2 minutes until the tortilla is lightly crispy and the cheese melts.6. Load 'Em Up! Remove from the griddle and top with shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion, and that homemade egg-free burger sauce.7. Fold & Enjoy! Fold each tortilla like a taco and dig in!
