1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Sauce
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
ΒΌ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Optional Toppings
Fresh basil
Additional Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Fire Up the Blackstone! Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Add a little olive oil to the cooking surface.
2. Season the Chicken. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook That Chicken! Spread the chicken across the griddle and cook for approximately 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
4. Make the Garlic Butter. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and optional red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
5. Toast the Flatbreads. Lightly brush one side of each flatbread with garlic butter. Place buttered-side down on the griddle for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. Flip.
6. Load 'Em Up! Brush the tops with more garlic butter. Add mozzarella, cooked chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
7. Melt That Cheese! Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the flatbreads with a melting dome for 2–4 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bottoms are crispy.
8. Slice & Serve! Finish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, or basil. Slice into pieces and enjoy!

πŸ”₯ Bright Spots Pro Tip

Crispy bottoms and melty tops!
Once your flatbreads are loaded, lower the griddle temperature and use a melting dome. This helps melt the cheese without burning the bottom of the flatbread.
And don't skip that garlic butter! Brushing the flatbread before and after cooking gives you that incredible garlic bread flavor.
