Garlic Steak Bites & Peppers
Ingredients
1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces1 large yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces1–2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil4 cloves fresh garlic, mincedBlackstone Essential Blend Seasoning, to tasteFresh parsley, chopped, for finishingDirections
1. Prepare EverythingCut the steak, peppers, and onion into approximately 1-inch pieces.Pat the steak dry with paper towels. This will help you get a better sear once it hits the Blackstone.2. Preheat the BlackstonePreheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.Add a light coating of oil to the cooking surface.3. Start the Peppers & OnionsAdd the peppers and onion to one side of the griddle.Season with Blackstone Essential Blend and cook for 5–7 minutes, tossing occasionally, until they begin to soften and develop some charred edges.4. Sear the SteakAdd the steak bites to the hottest section of the Blackstone and spread them into a single layer.Season generously with Blackstone Essential Blend.Leave them alone for the first 1–2 minutes to develop a good crust.Flip and continue cooking until the steak reaches your preferred doneness.5. Add the GarlicLower the heat slightly and add the minced garlic during the final minute of cooking.Toss the steak through the garlic, then combine it with the peppers and onions.Give everything one final toss on the griddle.6.
